Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement gathering for web enhancements and deriving plans by working with internal stakeholders to fulfil external stakeholder expectations.
• Being the main point of contact for web enhancement requests and internal coordination, while maintaining proactive communication for proper expectation management.
• Conducting external and internal meetings.
• Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure all deliverable timelines are met, communicating project status and flagging any minor / major issues along with making suggestions for alternatives.
• Conducting training and product demos for clients.

Requirements:

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Business Information Technology / IT / Computer Science.
• A minimum 3 years of experience in a project coordination role preferably web development.
• Should possess strong communication, coordination and business analysis skills.
• Must be competent in documentation, reporting, probing and task tracking.
